Pre-screening Requirements:
Applicants need to have a 650 credit score or higher with no at-fault evictions. To meet income requirements income must be 2.5x the monthly rent with verifiable income. All adults living in the home will be required to undergo a screening that will cost $80 per adult. This fee includes a $48 screening fee, $27 processing fee, and $5 Electronic Fee. Your application will not be considered until the application fee is paid and all documents and information is provided.
Prior to move-in, you must be able to pay the deposit and the first months rent. Deposit requirements will be based on the screening results of the applicant. Move in cost for rent will be based on the date of move in. The payment will be due at the lease signing in the form of a Cashier’s Check. Long-term renters will be offered a long term discount rate.

Pet Policy: NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ALLOWED! Approval is at the discretion of the owner. No more than 2 pets are allowed, with a maximum weight of 70lbs. There is a non refundable $250 fee due at move-in for each pet, plus an additional $50 fee due monthly.
